ORDER

The court, after forwarding the reporter's record in this cause to the Court of Criminal Appeals, has received two additional filings from the defendant entitled "Defendant's Formal Bill of Exception NO. 1" and "Defendant's Motion for a Hearing to Make an Offer of Proof of the Evidence That She Would Have Introduced at the Hearing On Her Objections to the Simmons Record'." The court finds that it lacks jurisdiction to consider any additional filings in this case unless the case is again remanded to this court by the Court of Criminal Appeals.

The court, therefore, will forward copies of the defendant's formal bill of exception and the defendant's motion for a hearing to the Court of Criminal Appeals without taking any further action on the matter. Any future motions in this cause shall be filed directly with the Court of Criminal Appeals.
